Ghee (lauki) Slices Recipe
It is a vegetable without onions and garlic. You can eat it
by making it on the day of fasting. Not only this, if any guest comes to your
house suddenly, then you can serve this recipe immediately and serve it. It
does not take much time to make it. It will not have to bring anything from the
market to prepare the recipe because all things will be found in your kitchen.
Recipe Ghee (Gourd) Slices
material
Ghee (Gourd) - One piece (small piece)
Rice - a bowl
Tomato - Five Pieces
Yellow mustard - two teaspoons
Coriander Powder - One teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - One teaspoon
Cumin Powder - One Teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Dry red chili - four-piece grind
Bay leaf - four to five pieces
Asafoetida - a pinch
Five Foran - 1 teaspoon
Khata - as per taste
How to make Gheea (Gourd) slices Recipe:
First of all, soak rice for one to two hours. Then grind it
well. Then mix salt and turmeric powder and asafoetida into it.
After this, peel the ghee (gourd). Make sure that the gourd
(ghee) is very soft. Make it peel. Then cut it into thin slices in the same
size.
Now heat oil in a pan. And pour the gourd (ghee) slices into
the powdered rice paste. Make sure that the rice paste sticks well around the
slices of ghee (gourd).
After this, fry it well in a pan. When all the slices are
fried then again in a pan
Add oil. When the oil is hot, add five fronts, dry red
chillies, bay leaves, asafoetida. When five fronts turn golden in color, add
chopped tomatoes to it. When tomatoes are cooked well, add turmeric powder,
coriander powder, cumin powder, PC yellow mustard and salt. When it is cooked
well, then add water according to the curry (juice / gravy) according to it.
Then add the sourdough as per taste. When the gravy comes to
two to three boils, add fried ghee (gourd) slices to it. And cook it for a
while on low heat.
Recipe gheea (gourd) slices prepared in this way. To make it
more tasty and attractive, garnish it with green coriander leaves.
You can eat it with rice or roti.
