Potato - four pieces

Cauliflower - half a kilo

Tomato - four pieces

Onion - four pieces

Ginger - small piece

Garlic - Char Bud

Cumin seeds - a spoon

Asafoetida - a spoon

Bay leaf - three pieces

Red chili - a spoon

Coriander Powder - One Teaspoon

Turmeric powder - one teaspoon

Garam Masala - two teaspoons

Red chilli powder - one teaspoon

Oil - as required

Salt - as per taste

 

How to make Potato Cauliflower :

First boil the potatoes. Then cut the Cauliflower into small pieces.

Cut the potato into small pieces too.

After that put the cauliflower in hot water for a while so that the Cauliflower will be completely fresh. If there is dirt in it, then it will be clean.

After this, mix ginger, tomato and garlic in the mixie. After this, heat oil in a pan.

Fry the potatoes and cauliflower in it.

After this, heat oil in a pan.

Add cumin, asafetida and bay leaves to it. When cumin seeds turn golden in color, add fried potatoes and Cauliflower .

When all this is mixed well, then add tomato, ginger and garlic paste to it.

Then mix all these spices well, then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt and cook on low flame for a while.

When cooked well, add water for a little juice (gravy), after 2 to 3 boils, turn off the gas or induction. In this way your recipe potato cabbage is ready. Now you should prepare for the season.

First of all heat the pan in a pan.

Add cumin, asafetida and bay leaves to it.

When the cumin becomes golden color, sprinkle it over the prepared vegetable.

Garnish this prepared recipe with green coriander and serve it hot.

It will taste unmatched with paratha or roti.
