Kundroo - 10 pieces
Onion - 3 pieces
Tomato - 3 pieces
Garlic - 4 to 5
Ginger - a piece
Cumin seeds - a spoon
Coriander Powder - One Teaspoon
Turmeric powder - one teaspoon
Garam masala - a spoon
Red chili powder - a spoon
Bay leaf - three to four
Asafoetida - half a teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Oil - as required
How to make Aloo - Kundli / Kundru / Recipe Aloo Recipe :
First boil the potatoes. Peel the potato and cut it into
four pieces.
After this, cut the horoscope into four big pieces.
Finely chop the onion and tomato as well.
Then grind cumin, coriander powder, ginger, garlic in a
grinder and make a paste.
Then heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and red
chillies.
When the cumin seeds turn golden in color, fry the onion
potatoes and horoscope in it.
After this, heat the oil in a pan, add the powdered spices
to it.
When the spices are cooked well, add turmeric powder, salt
and garam masala to it and mix it well.
When the spices mix well, add chopped tomatoes to it.
In this way, when tomatoes are cooked, put fried onions,
potatoes and horoscope together and cook it well.
Add a little water to the gravy or juice and let it cook on
a low flame till it boils for two to three times.

First heat the ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida,
bay leaves and red chillies.

over the prepared recipe.
