Potato - 5 pieces

Makhan - a cup

Tomato - two pieces

Curd - a bowl

Cumin seeds - a spoon

Asafoetida - a pinch

Red chili - two pieces

Bay leaf - four pieces

Turmeric powder - one teaspoon

Cumin Powder - One Teaspoon

Red chili powder - a spoon

Garam Masala - two teaspoons

Salt - as per taste

Oil - as required

Coriander leaves

 

  How to make Aloo-makhan Recipe :

First boil the potatoes in the cooker. When it cools down, grind it into small pieces.

After this, heat the oil in a pan. And fry a small piece of potato. Then fry Makhan.

After this, heat the oil again in a kadhai. Add cumin, asafoetida, red chilli and bay leaves to it. When the cumin seeds turn golden in color, add finely chopped tomatoes to it.

When tomatoes are cooked well, add curd, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder and red chili powder to it and let it cook on low flame for a while.

When the spices mix well, add fried potatoes and makhan to it.

After this, add a little water to the juice (gravy).

Turn off the gas or induction when the juice (gravy) comes to two to three boils.

Aloo makhan, a delicious recipe prepared in this way, is "aloo-makhan"

Put ghee in a pan. When the ghee is hot, add cumin, asafoetida, red chilli and bay leaves.

Turn off the gas or induction when the cumin turns golden color. In this way your blower is ready.

With this, sprinkle the recipe "aloo-makhan". The recipe "aloo-makhan" can be made with green coriander and can be made attractive and tasty.

Serve "aloo-makhan" to hot guests.
