Banana - 4 pieces

Potato - 3 pieces

Tomato - 4 pieces

Ginger - small piece

Asafoetida - half a teaspoon

Cumin seeds - a spoon

Bay leaf - four pieces

Peanuts - ½ cup

Kissamis - quarter cup

Cashew - quarter cup

Gram flour - 1 cup

Coriander Powder - One teaspoon

Red chilli powder - one teaspoon

Kashmiri chilli powder - half a teaspoon

Garam Masala - a spoon

Turmeric - a spoon

Oil - as required

Salt - as per taste

How to make  Raw Banana Kofta Recipe :

First boil the bananas and potatoes in the cooker. You can boil bananas with peel. After boiling the raw banana, it will easily peel off.

When the banana is cooked, then mix the banana and potato together.

After this, add cumin, asafoetida, salt, turmeric powder, groundnut crushed, cashews (small pieces), kisameis and gram flour and mix them all together. After this, heat oil in a pan and fry bananas and gram flour by making small balls.

After that heat oil in a pan, add cumin, asafoetida and bay leaves. When the cumin seeds turn golden in color, add ginger paste and tomatoes to it.

When tomato is cooked well, add coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli and garam masala.

All these spices mix well then add water (juice, gravy) to it.

After that, after boiling two to three on a low flame, add banana pakora in it.

When it is done well, take it out in a vessel. And put garam masala on top.

 

Recipe Raw Banana Kofta Blowing Method:

Heat the ghee in a pan to sprinkle. Add cumin, asafoetida, bay leaf, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon to it.

When it is cooked well. So sprinkle it on top.

Recipe Raw Banana Kofta To serve, serve hot garnished with garnished with green coriander.
