How to make Bhindi Raita recipe :

 

First of all, wash the okra and cut it into two or two inch pieces. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and cook. Then put okra in it and fry till it gets cooked.

Now add turmeric, salt and chilli and let it cook. Take yogurt in a ball, put a little salt, cashew paste and chopped coriander in it. When the okra is cooked, take it off the flame and let it cool.

Then add the bhindi bhindi to the prepared yogurt mixture. Mix it well. In this way the recipe of lady finger raita is ready.
