Cauliflower - Masala Recipe

Cauliflower - a medium-sized
Cumin seeds - a spoon
Onion - two chopped
Ginger paste - two tablespoons
Garlic paste - two tablespoons
Green chili - two to four
Garam Masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder - quarter
Salt - as per taste
Oil - in sufficient quantity
Kasuri Methi - two teaspoons
Curd - 1 कप2 cup
Tomato - 1 piece
Capsicum - a large piece
Recipe for Cabbage Masala:
Cut the cauliflower into medium size. After that heat oil in
a pan and fry the cauliflower until it turns light brown.
Take out the fried cauliflower and keep aside. Then pour the
oil in a pan with two tablespoons and heat it.
Then add cumin seeds and heat it till the cumin seeds become
golden in color. Then add chopped onions. And fry the onions till they become
golden in color.
After that add ginger and garlic paste, green chilli, red
chilli powder, salt, garam masala, kasoori methi and curd.
After mixing all these ingredients, fry it for some time
till the curd gets a little bit dry. After that, add one inch chocor chopped
capsicum and 8 big pieces of chopped tomatoes.
Then mix all these ingredients well for a while.
Now add cabbage pieces and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
Cook it until all the vegetables are mixed well. In this way your flavored cabbage
masala recipe is ready to be served.
Take out this delicious dish in a ball and decorate it with
green coriander leaves. And serve hot.
