Corn - Spinach - Cheese

Spinach - 250 grams
Ginger - a small piece
Green chili - one piece
Paneer - 100 grams
Corn porridge - quarter cup
Salt - as per taste
Turmeric powder - a small
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - a spoon
Red chilli powder - one teaspoon
Asafoetida - a pinch
Mango powder - half a teaspoon
Oil or Ghee - as required
Recipe Corn Spinach Paneer Recipe:
First of all, roast maize porridge in ghee and boil it in a
cooker till it melts or melts.
After that take it in another cooker or empty this cooker
and boil spinach, ginger and green chillies in it till it is cooked together.
After this, when the cooker cools down, grind the boiled
spinach, ginger and chilli in the grinder.
Then add the cooked corn porridge in the spinach to the
powdered spinach.
After this, add water to it as required.
When it mixes well then add salt, turmeric powder and
cottage cheese in it and cook on low flame for a while.
When it is cooked well then add mango powder and garam
masala to it. When the spices mix well, take the pan off the gas.
Now heat ghee in a pan to sprinkle the delicious recipe
maize spinach paneer. Add cumin and red chili powder and cook.
When it is well cooked then sprinkle it in the prepared
recipe.
Now the delicious recipe maize spinach paneer is ready to be
served in the neighborhood.
