Curd Cauliflower Recipe
material
Cauliflower - 1 kg
Curd - 250 grams
Oil as required
Salt - as per taste
Asafoetida - a pinch
Green chili - two pieces
Ginger - little bit
Red chili powder - a small spoon
Turmeric Powder - One teaspoon
Garam Masala - two teaspoons
Sugar - a spoon
Coriander - finely chopped
How to make Curd Cauliflower Recipe:
Cut the cauliflower into large pieces and add salt to the
water and boil the cauliflower. So that it looks white and fresh.
After that keep the cabbage out of the water.
Heat oil in a pan. And fry the cauliflower until it becomes
golden.
After that mix yogurt well in another vessel.
Ready to splash
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin, mustard
seeds, asafoetida, ginger paste, chopped green chillies, red chili powder and
turmeric powder and cook.
Then add the fried cabbage. Then add a little bit of mixed
yogurt. When it mixes well, add cumin powder, sugar, and salt to taste. Also
add garam masala and mix it. Then cook it on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. In
this way the recipe of Dahi Phool Gobi is ready.
To decorate it, add curd and green, coriander and green
chillies. This will make the recipe of curd, cauliflower very attractive and
tasty to eat.
Note: If desired, you can also make it without sugar.
