Curd Potatoes Recipe

Potatoes - medium size
Curd - 250 grams
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - little bit
Green chili - two pieces
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - a small spoon
Garam masala - a spoon
Red chili powder - as per taste
Oil - as required
Salt - as per taste
How to make Curd Potato Recipe:
First you boil the potatoes in a cooker. After that, heat
oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin, green chilli and ginger to it. If
cumin seeds turn golden in color, add boiled potatoes to it and add to it. Fry
the potatoes till they turn golden in color.
Then mix curd and water in another vessel. And add coriander
powder, black pepper powder, garam masala and red chili powder to the fried
potatoes and mix well.
Then cook all the spices on low heat for 2 minutes. After it
cools down, add the mixed curd.
After this, stir slowly and add salt when it comes to a
boil. After boiling add coriander too. This is how your delicious recipe curd
potato is served hot with paratha or roti.
Note - If you like more sour, increase the quantity of curd.
