Dal - Chila - Roll Recipe
material :
Small bowl Chana dal - 1
Dhuli moong dal - 1/2 bowl
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 5 buds
Cauliflower - 1 small
Peas - 1 bowl
Chopped carrots - 1 bowl
Coriander leaves -
Ghee / Oil
salt to taste
Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
Mango powder - 1 teaspoon

How to make Dal Chila
Roll Recipe:
First of all soak chana dal and moong dal for 4 to 5 hours.
After this, add ginger, garlic and salt to the pulses and
grind them. Then keep the dal mixture aside.
After this, heat the oil in a pan. Then cook the cabbage,
carrot pieces and peas in it. After this, add salt, garam masala, chaat masala
and green coriander and cook it well. After this, turn off the gas. Now with
the paste of the pulses make thin thin cheela on the nonstick pan. Put green
chutney on it, roll the stuffing of vegetables and wrap it with a paper napkin
and put a toothpick in it so that the roll does not open. This is how the
recipe of lentil cheela roll is prepared.
Suggestion - Boil the capsicum, baby corn and broccoli in
salted water and filter it. Add chaat masala to the salads and pack them with
sandwiches.
