Cauliflower - a kilo
Onion - 250 grams
Tomato - 4 pieces
Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
Oil - in sufficient quantity
Red chilli whole - 3 pieces
Ginger-crushed
Potatoes - according to your need
How to make delicious Gobi Masala Recipe | Cauliflower Masala Restaurant Style :
First cut the cabbage into medium size. Fry the cauliflower
well in oil and take it out in a plate. After that, heat the oil and fry the
onion till it turns brown. After this, add finely chopped tomatoes, garam
masala, red chillies, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt as per taste
and cook it well. After that add fried cabbage in it as well. Cook it for 10 to
15 minutes and when the recipe is cooked properly, turn off the gas / induction
and remove the recipe. And then take it out in a ball and garnish it with green
coriander leaves and serve hot.
This recipe can be eaten with paratha at lunch or dinner.
