Kadhi Recipe
material
Gram flour - 250 grams
Asafoetida - a spoon
Salt - as per taste
Turmeric Powder - One teaspoon
Sweet soda - a pinch
Cumin seeds - a spoon
Curd - two cups
Cumin Powder - One Teaspoon
Coriander Powder - One teaspoon
Red chilli powder - half a teaspoon
Whole red chili - two pieces
Bay leaf - four pieces
Green chili - two pieces
Oil - in sufficient quantity
Pachphoran - Half a teaspoon
How to make kadhai:
First
take gram flour in a vessel. Add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, whole cumin
seeds and a little sweet soda to prepare the solution. The solution should not
be too thin nor too thick. Keep the solution medium.
After this, heat the oil in a kadhai.
Besan batter is fried in small size. After frying, place
water in a vessel and put fried gram flour pakoras in it. Which will make the
pakoras soft.
Method of making
Kadhi:
After this, take curd in a vessel to make Kadhi. Mix salt,
turmeric, cumin powder, red chili powder and a little gram flour in it and mix.
After that heat oil in a pan.
When the oil is well heated, add five foramen, asafoetida
and whole red chillies and let it cook till it turns golden.
When it is cooked well then add yogurt solution to it.
After this, add some water from the top.
When all this is cooked well or after 2 to 3
boils add fried gram flour in it. And slow down the heat.
Let it cook for a while.
Recipe to make gram flour gram flour curry:
Heat oil in a pan to sprinkle.
Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chillies and curry
leaves, and cook it till it becomes golden. And then sprinkle the gram flour
curry.
In this way, you got
your recipe gram flour curry ready.
Recipe Besan Kadhi is a very tasty dish. This is the most
favorite recipe in North India.
