Lauki - Chana - Dal Recipe

Gourd - half a piece
Chana dal - 1.5 cup
Tomato - 3 pieces
Onions - 2 to 3
Ginger paste - a spoon
Garlic paste - a spoon
Turmeric powder - one teaspoon
Coriander Powder - One Teaspoon
Cumin Powder - One Teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli - a spoon
Cumin seeds - a spoon
Bay leaf - one to two pieces
Red chili - a spoon
Chana Masala - One teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Oil - as required
How to make Lauki Chana Dal Recipe :
First, put the chana dal in the cooker and apply 2
whistles. After that heat the oil in a cooker. Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, red
chillies.
When the cumin seeds turn golden in color, add chopped
onion, ginger paste, garlic paste and cook it.
Then add chopped gourd to it. Cook the gourd well. After
this, add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala,
chana masala and tomatoes.
After cooking all these spices for a while, add boiled gram.
Add 3 to 4 whistles of the cooker after
adding a little water. When it is cooked well, take it out in a vessel.
Recipe Chana dal - to gourd gourd
Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin, asafoetida, bay leaves and
cook till it becomes golden and sprinkle it on top of the prepared recipe.
