Gymnastic - 400 grams

Tomato - 150 grams

Turmeric powder - one teaspoon

Coriander Powder - One Teaspoon

Cumin seeds - a spoon

Yellow mustard - a spoon

Red chili powder - a spoon

Chaat masala - a spoon

Pachphoran - Half a teaspoon

Asafoetida - a pinch

Bayjar - Five Pieces

Red chili - four pieces

Yellow mustard (whole) - half a teaspoon

Salt as per taste

Oil as required


How to make Madrasi jimikand recipes :


First of all remove the peel of the jimikanda and wash it.

Cut it into the size of pieces of paneer.

After this wash the tomatoes and cut them into big pieces.

After this, add coriander, cumin, red chilli and some turmeric powder and mix it in the mixer.

Then heat the oil in the cooker, add fiveforran, hing, red chilli and bay leaf.

When it is cooked, add turmeric pieces to it along with turmeric.

After this, reduce the heat to low.

When the zamindak is cooked well, add chopped tomatoes to it.

When all this is cooked, then put a paste of spices in it and cook it well.

Then add salt to it and let it cook for a while.

Then add a little water to the gravy.

Close the cooker cover and apply two to three cities.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, asafoetida, red chilli and bay leaves and cook.

When all the spices are cooked, apply it on top of the prepared recipe.

Serve it hot by garnishing it with green coriander.
