Paneer - 250 grams

Boiled Potatoes - 4 to 5

Wearable powder - a spoon

Cumin powder - one teaspoon

Chilli Powder - One teaspoon

Garam Masala - two teaspoons

Kasuri Methi - a spoon

Turmeric - a spoon

Shahi Paneer Masala  -

Cashews - 8 to 10 pieces

Cumin - a spoon

Tomatoes - 2 large

Fresse Cream - 1 cup

Salt - as per taste

Oil / Ghee - As required

 

How to make  Malai Kofta Recipe :

 

So let's know how to make Malai Kofta Recipe:

First boil the potatoes. Then make a fine paste of it. After this, grate the paneer and mix it in boiled potatoes.

In this mixer, mix turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, garam masala, and a little flour and mix it well.

Now make small balls of this prepared mixture and keep it in a plate.

Now heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, fry the prepared ball in it till it becomes golden in color.

Now heat the oil again in a pan and add small pieces of tomato and add cashews along with it.

When it is cooked well, grind it in a grinder.

Now heat oil in a pan again. When the oil is hot, add ground cashew and tomato paste.

When it turns golden color, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, paneer masala, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt and cook it well.

When all the spices are cooked well, add water to the gravy.

When the water comes to two to three boils, put the first koftas you had prepared. Turn off the heat when the koftas boil lightly. And put the cream and kasoori methi on top of the prepared recipe.
