Methi - Paneer - Cream Recipe

Paneer - 200 grams
Boiled peas - 1 cup
Fenugreek - 250 grams
Onion - 2 pieces

Oil - 2 tablespoons
How to make Methi Paneer Cream Recipe:
First boil the fenugreek seeds in water for 1 minute. Then
filter it and let it cool. After this, heat the oil in a pan, then fry the
paneer pieces. After this, heat a little oil in a pan. Add cumin and poppy
seeds to it and cook. Now add onion and ginger and garlic paste and fry till it
becomes golden. After this, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, red chilli powder,
coriander powder, garam masala and cook it well. When cooked, add cream and
mix, add fenugreek after two to three minutes.
Now mix peas, cottage cheese and milk and cook on low flame
for 2 minutes. Then add the cornflour dissolved in some water.
Then add sugar and let it cook.
Turn off the gas when it comes to a boil. Delicious recipe
is ready. But it remains to be decorated. Take it out in a ball and decorate it
with cream. Add green coriander leaves on top of it, which will double the test
