Paneer - 250 grams

Makhan - a bowl
Tomato - four pieces
Ginger paste - a spoon
Cumin Powder - One Teaspoon
Turmeric powder - one teaspoon

Garam Masala - two teaspoons
Cumin seeds - a spoon
Asafoetida - a spoon
Bay leaves - four leaves
Log - five pieces
Cardamom - two pieces
Cinnamon - small piece
Salt - as per taste
Oil - as required

How to make Paneer - Aloo - Makhan Recipe:
First, make small pieces of potato and cottage cheese. Then
heat the oil in a pan. After this fry small pieces of potato and cheese. Then
fry Makhan as well.
After this, heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, asafoetida, red
chilli and bay leaves to it.
When the cumin seeds turn golden in color, add ginger paste
and finely chopped tomatoes.
When tomatoes are cooked a little, add turmeric powder,
coriander powder and cook for a while.
When tomatoes are cooked well, add garam masala, red chili
powder and salt and let it cook on low flame for a while.
Then add a little water to the gravy, when two or three
comes to a boil, add fryed potatoes, potatoes and makhan to it.
Turn off the gas after 2 to 3 boils.
