Paneer - Makhani - Recipe

Paneer - 250 grams
Desi Ghee or Butter - 3 tablespoons
Cumin seeds - half a teaspoon
Garlic - 4 to 5 buds
Kasuri Methi - 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - a spoon
Coriander Powder - two teaspoons
Garam Masala - half a teaspoon
Red chili - ½ teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Water - half cup
Milk - half a cup
Cream - half cup
Tomatoes - 4 to 5 pieces
Green chili - two pieces
Ginger - one inch
How to make Paneer Makhani Recipe:
First of all, mix tomato, green chilli and ginger together
in a grinder and make puree. Then melt the ghee or butter in a pan. When the
butter melts, reduce the gas and add cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds turn
golden, add garlic paste.
When garlic starts to change color and turns golden in
color, add tomato puree to it. Then cook until the juices dry well.
Now add Kasuri methi and tomato ketchup. After this add
coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder. Now mix it well for a few
seconds. Cook it until the ghee or butter separates.
Now add water and boil it. Stir it on low flame for four to
five minutes.
After this, mash 2 to 3 square pieces of paneer in it and
put it in the gravy. After this, add the remaining paneer pieces as well.
In this way your delicious Paneer Makhani recipe is ready.
Now keep it aside to cool until serving time. While serving,
add sufficient amount of milk to the cold paneer spices so that a thick link is
formed.
Now add milk to this recipe. Take care that the milk does
not break. After adding the milk, heat the kadhi slightly on low heat.
Heat on low heat and stir continuously until it starts
boiling. Now add cream to it.
Now it is ready for neighborhood. Garnish it with cream and
make anyone's mouth water after seeing this recipe. Serve it with hot roti or
parantha and enjoy the Recipe Paneer Makhani.
