material

Kabuli chana - two bowls

Baking soda - a pinch

Gram flour - two teaspoons

Pomegranate - two teaspoons

Celery - One teaspoon

Black salt - half a teaspoon

Cumin seeds - a spoon

salt to taste

Large cardamom - four to five pieces

Cinnamon - two to three pieces

Cloves - 3 to 4 pieces

Ginger - One teaspoon paste

Green chili - two to three pieces

Tomato - two pieces

Onion - two to three pieces medium size

Oil for frying

 

How to make Pindi Chana Recipe:

First boil the gram in the cooker. After that put some tea leaves, logs, cinnamon and big cardamom in a muslin cloth and make a bundle. Now add oil, salt, spice bundle and baking soda to the boiled gram and cook it on low heat. Keep water in the cooker as required. Keep in mind that gram should not be boiled with spices so that it does not break into pieces.

Method of preparation for sprinkles:

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is well heated, add cumin, celery and gram flour and fry it well. After this, add pomegranate to it. When the pomegranate and all the spices mix well, remove it from the gas / induction. When it gets cold, grind it in a grinder.

Final method to prepare Recipe Pindi Chana:

Now heat oil in a pan and fry onions in it. When the onion is golden, add ginger paste to it and mix it and now cook this paste till it becomes golden colored. After that add turmeric, salt, red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala and mix it well. When all these ingredients are mixed well, then add gram to it. And cook it on low flame for a while. In this way, delicious, delicious recipe Pindi Chana was prepared.

Now take it out in the serving pot, cut the chopped coriander, green chillies, tomatoes and onions in an attractive shape and serve it hot by garnishing it.

Eat this delicious dish with roti or paratha, then you will not enjoy less than any restaurant.
