Ramruch ki sabzi - Gatte ki sabzi - Recipe
material
Gram flour - 250 grams
Cumin - a spoon
Asafoetida - half a teaspoon
Ginger - small piece
Tomato - four pieces
Curd - 1 cup
Cumin Powder - One Teaspoon
Turmeric powder - one teaspoon
Coriander Powder - One teaspoon
Red chilli powder - one teaspoon
Green chili - two pieces
Bay leaves - four leaves
Garam masala - a spoon
Black pepper powder - half teaspoon
Oil - as required
Salt - as per taste
How to make Ramruch ki sabzi - Gatte ki sabzi - Recipe :
First take gram flour in a vessel. Add asafetida, salt,
turmeric, red chili powder, two spoons of ghee, curd, cumin and garam masala
and knead it. Knead it well so it will be prepared like a soft dough.
After this roll the gram flour into a rolling pin and then
boil it in water.
When this gram flour is boiled well then leave it to cool.
After cooling down for some time, take it out of the hot water and cut it into
slices in small size.
After this, heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped pieces
of gram flour till it turns golden.
When all are fried, keep it in a plate. After that heat oil
in a pan, add bay leaves, cumin, asafoetida and whole red chilli and cook it
till it becomes golden.
When the cumin seeds turn golden in color, add tomatoes to
it. Then keep stirring the tomatoes till they are well cooked.
After that add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander
powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt and mix it well.
When this spice is cooked well then add curd to it and mix
it well.
After this, when all these spices mix well, then add water
to it.
Then add 2 to 3 slices of pre-fried gram
flour in the juice when it comes to boil 2 to 3.
When the juice is lightly boiled with gram flour slices, add
garam masala on top of it.
Recipe Gutta (Ramrooch) Preparation for seasoning:
Heat the ghee in a pan to sprinkle.
Add cumin and asafoetida to it. When the cumin seeds turn
golden in color, sprinkle them over the recipe.
This is how your favorite Gatte (Ramruch) recipe is
prepared.
Garnish it with green coriander leaves. This will make the
flavors even better.
