Spinach - half a kilo

Ginger - 1 teaspoon

Carrots - a bowl

Beans - A Bowl

Corn - a bowl

Cumin seeds - a spoon

Red chili powder - two teaspoons

Tomatoes - two small

Garam masala - a spoon

Salt - as per taste

Oil / Ghee - as required

Onion - two

Lahsan - 5 to 6 buds

Cream - half a cup

 

How to make Shahi-Spinach Recipe:

 

So let us know how to make Shahi-Spinach Recipe.

 

First of all, keep 4 to 5 cups of water in a large vessel. Till the water comes to a boil, cut the carrots and beans into small pieces. Clean and wash spinach as well.

When the water comes to a boil, then put all the vegetables (beans, carrots and corn) in the water. If you want, you can also cook the vegetable by putting it in the pan, but boiling does not take a long time and the vegetable remains different too. Boil the vegetables till they are cooked well.

Now heat a pan. When the oil gets hot, add cumin seeds to it. When cumin seeds turn golden in color, add chopped tomatoes.

When tomato is roasted lightly. Till then we were in the same utensil in which the vegetable was boiled. Keep the water in it hot, when the water comes to a boil then add the spinach and after two minutes take out the spinach in a sieve.

By then the tomatoes will have been roasted. Now add all the boiled vegetables and mix well. Now cover it and reduce the heat. Till the water dries up. After that add spices to it. Add red chili powder, garam masala powder and salt to it. Now mix the spices well and fry it again for one minute.

After this, take out all the vegetables in a separate bowl. Now add boiled spinach to the mixer and make a paste.

Now take chopped onion, garlic and ginger paste to make spinach gravy.

Then heat the oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add ginger-garlic paste and fry it.

When ginger-garlic turns light golden color, add onion and fry the onion till it becomes pink. Then put spinach paste in it. Add salt to it and mix it well and then let it boil for some time and after that add all the vegetables in this gravy.

 

Mix the vegetables in spinach gravy.

If you want to add cream or cream, then mix the cream with spinach and mix it well.

 

Shahi - Spinach Recipe. Tempering method

For this, heat ghee in a pan. When ghee gets hot, cook cumin seeds and red chillies in it. Sprinkle the prepared mixture over the recipe. This recipe will add more flavor to the recipe.

 

Conclusion: You can make this recipe without onion garlic. It looks very tasty without onion, even without garlic.

Eating it with bread or rice is something else.
