To make a spicy potato dish, first of all take five or six and wash it thoroughly and boil it. When the potato cools down, peel it and cut it into small pieces. After that heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and dry fenugreek leaves. After the cumin seeds are golden in color, add ginger paste to it and mix well.

 After that add chopped potato to it and mix it well. And after that add turmeric powder, coriander powder, mango powder, red chilli powder and salt as per taste. And add finely chopped tomatoes and let it cook for a while. 

When the potato starts sticking in the pan, add a little water to it and let it cook well. After cooking completely, take out the vegetable from the pan. 

Sprinkle hot spice powder over the prepared recipe and add green coriander leaves to make it tasty. Coriander leaves with chopped potato recipe will also look attractive
