Stuffed – Brinjal - Recipe

Brinjal Small - Half Kg
Cumin seeds - two teaspoons
Coriander seeds - a spoon
Celery - a spoon
Red chili - a spoon
Fennel - 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida - half a teaspoon
Roasted Peanuts - ½ cup
Turmeric powder - one teaspoon
Mango powder - two teaspoons
Salt - as per taste
Oil - as required
How to make Stuffed – Brinjal - Recipe :
First, cut the brinjal into four parts.
After that heat a pan and roast cumin, whole coriander,
celery, fennel, red chillies, till they turn golden.
After this, grind it with roasted peanuts.
After this, heat oil in a pan. Add cumin asafoetida and let
it become golden.
Then mix all the spices, grounded with peanuts in it. And
mix turmeric powder, mango powder and salt in it and cook it well. When it is
cooked, wait for it to cool down.
When these spices cool down, fill it well in the chopped
brinjal.
Then heat the oil in a pan and fry the brinjal with the
stuffed brinjal.
This is a delicious recipe of stuffed brinjal.
Note: You can also make recipe stuffed brinjal by giving
onion and garlic.
