Curd - 3 cups
Onion - half cup chopped
Tomatoes - chopped quarter cup
Rye - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - two teaspoons
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Garam Masala - two teaspoons
Salt as per taste
Red Chili Whole
Black Pepper Whole
Coriander powder - two teaspoons
Coriander - Slightly chopped
Green Chili - Chopped
Ginger paste - two teaspoons
Garlic paste - two teaspoons

How to make - Tadka Yoghurt Recipe:
Put curd in muslin cloth and hang it in the air for some time,
so that all the water comes out of the curd.
After this, you prepare the spices separately to make gravy.
For this, you heat oil in a pan, add hard leaves and rai, and temper it. After
that add turmeric powder, black pepper, add red chilli powder and cook it for a
minute.
Then add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped green
chillies, ginger paste, coriander powder, garam masala to the pan. After that,
cook it till it turns golden color by cooking it well.
After that add yogurt and mix it well. This Tahr your

well. For garnish, garnish it with fried kadhi leaves and chopped green
coriander leaves.
