Green Coriander - 1 teaspoon

Green chili - one to two pieces

Cumin seeds - a spoon

salt to taste

Asafoetida - a pinch

Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp

Red chili powder - half a teaspoon

Mango powder - half a teaspoon

Garam masala - a spoon

Oil - As Required

 

How to make Vegetable Sangam Recipe:

 

Cut all the above mentioned vegetables into small size. Quantity is not given above. You can take vegetable and its quantity according to your need.

After that, take out the peas.

Then heat the oil in a pan and add cumin and asafoetida to it.

When the cumin seeds turn golden in color, add ginger paste, green chilli to it and mix it well. After this, add all the chopped vegetables and salt and mix well. Cover it and cook on low heat. When the vegetables are cooked well, add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, mango powder and cook it well. In this way your savory vegetable is ready. Now if you want it to be juicy, then add water as per the requirement and cook it on low flame for a few minutes. And take it out in a pot. Decorate it with coriander leaves and garnish neighborhoods to garnish it.

Eat it with rice or roti.

This is an absolutely vegetarian and healthy recipe. This recipe is prepared without garlic and onion. Therefore, there is a great recipe for those who believe in religious beliefs.
